Debt Recovery Agent

Role Summary

We are looking for a disciplined and assertive Telecaller / Recovery Executive to manage daily rent collection from EV riders. The role involves handling a portfolio of ~200 riders, ensuring timely payments, follow-ups on overdue amounts, and coordinating vehicle recovery in high-default cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily rent collection calls for assigned riders (approx. 200).
• Make daily follow-up calls for pending and overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate records of collections, dues, and rider communication.
• Escalate high-debt or chronic default cases as per company policy.
• Coordinate with field/recovery team for vehicle repossession when required.
• Clearly explain payment terms, penalties, and deadlines to riders.
• Ensure polite but firm communication to maximize recovery.
• Update internal systems with daily call outcomes and payment statuS

Eligibility & Skills

• Prior experience in telecalling / collections / recovery preferred.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi (mandatory); local language a plus.
• Ability to handle pressure and difficult conversations professionally.
• Basic smartphone & record-keeping skills (Excel / CRM preferred).
• Honest, reliable, and process-driven.
