Job Title: Delivery BoyJob SummaryThe primary responsibility of a Food Delivery Boy is to collect food orders from the restaurant/outlet and deliver them to customers safely and on time, ensuring excellent service quality and customer satisfaction.

• Key Responsibilities:Collect food orders from the restaurant and deliver them to customer locations within the committed time
• Handle food items carefully to maintain quality, safety, and hygiene standards
• Maintain polite and professional behavior while interacting with customers
• Collect payments for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders and return bills/receipts to the outlet
• Ensure the delivery vehicle (bike) is clean and in proper working condition
• Follow all traffic rules and safety guidelines during deliveries
• Maintain delivery records and submit daily reports to the supervisor
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass
• Valid two-wheeler driving license
• Basic knowledge of mobile usage (calls, navigation apps, delivery apps)
• Good understanding of local areas and routes
• Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude
• Good communication skills (Hindi and basic English)
• Experience:Prior experience in food delivery or courier services will be an added advantage
