About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Delivery Boy to join our Flipkart Minutes team. As a Delivery Boy, you will be responsible for delivering packages to customers within a short time frame, typically 10-15 minutes. If you have a valid two-wheeler license, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver packages to customers in a timely and efficient manner

- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure maximum efficiency

- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues

- Handle packages with care, ensuring they are not damaged during transit

- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including signatures and proof of delivery

Requirements:

- Age: 18-40 years old

- Education: 10th pass or equivalent

- Valid two-wheeler license

- Own a two-wheeler

- Own a smartphone with a valid SIM card

- Ability to lift packages up to 30 kg

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
