• Key Responsibilities:Pick up groceries and essential items from the designated Zepto warehouse or store.
• Deliver items to customers quickly and efficiently within the specified time.
• Ensure accurate and complete deliveries as per order specifications.
• Collect payment or confirm digital payment if applicable.
• Maintain a professional and polite attitude with customers.
• Follow traffic rules and safety regulations during delivery.
• Handle products with care during transport.
• Report delivery status and any customer feedback to the supervisor.
• Eligibility Criteria:Age: 18 – 45 years
• Minimum Qualification: 10th Pass (Preferred)
• Must have a valid Driving License (2-wheeler).
• Own a smartphone with internet access.
• Own or rent a 2-wheeler vehicle (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of local routes and areas.
