Job Description: Delivery Boy / BikerRole & Responsibilities:

• Swiggy / Blinkit ke orders ko time par pickup aur delivery karna.
• Customer ke address par safe aur accurate delivery ensure karna.
• App ke through order status update karna (pickup, en-route, delivered).
• Customer se polite aur professional behavior maintain karna.
• Cash / online payment (agar applicable ho) properly handle karna.
• Delivery ke time traffic rules aur safety guidelines follow karna.
• Company policies aur service standards ka strictly adherence karna.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Valid bike aur driving license hona chahiye.
• Smartphone aur basic mobile app usage knowledge hona chahiye.
• Local area ka basic route knowledge preferred.
• Age: 18 years or above.
• Physically fit aur flexible working hours ke liye ready.

Skills Required:

• Time management aur punctuality.
• Good communication skills (basic Hindi / Hinglish).
• Customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to work under delivery time pressure.

after getting orders or package from store you will have to deliver the package at customer location safely and securely.
