Role Summary:

The Delivery Associate is responsible for efficiently picking up and delivering customer orders from restaurants, warehouses, or logistics hubs to the customer's final location. The role requires timely service, safe handling of items, and professional customer interaction.

Key Duties

• Accept delivery requests through the partner application.
• Pick up assigned orders from merchant partners or distribution centers.
• Deliver packages or food items to customers accurately and on time.
• Maintain proper handling of food or courier packages.
• Follow route navigation through GPS applications.
• Maintain professional conduct during customer interactions.
