The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, an understanding of digital marketing practices, and the ability to create short-form content for brand visibility. The role requires regular interaction with clients and execution of outbound activities as part of business development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.

• Conduct client meetings, property visits, and outbound activities as required.

• Support digital marketing efforts, including social media outreach and short-content creation.

• Manage customer inquiries, maintain follow-ups, and ensure timely communication.

• Utilize CRM tools, digital platforms, and technology-driven solutions for reporting and lead management.

• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with organizational objectives.

• Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards in all client-facing interactions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or related roles (real estate experience preferred but not mandatory).

• Strong aptitude for sales, client engagement, and conversion.

• Proficiency in digital marketing basics, including social media management and short content creation.

• Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to digital tools and applications.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to travel within city for outbound and on-field assignments.
