We now invite a young, creative, and purpose-driven Digital Marketing Intern who can turn stories of transformation into compelling digital experiences.

Role Overview

This internship is ideal for someone who loves content creation, storytelling, data organization, and technology. You will support social media marketing, video editing, data recording, and digital content execution using AI tools. This role offers fixed salary plus performance incentives based on creativity, output, and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities

• Record, collect, organize, and maintain relevant content, media, and reporting data.

• Create engaging short-form videos, reels, testimonials, event stories, and therapy highlights.

• Design posters, graphics, and visual content using Canva or other tools.

• Use AI tools to assist in content generation, scripting, editing, and scheduling.

• Execute content calendar activities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and WhatsApp.

• Support lead generation and brand visibility campaigns.

• Coordinate with therapists to capture meaningful stories, events, achievements, and parental feedback.

• Maintain files, data sheets, archives, and content repository systematically.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong video editing skills (mandatory).

• Basic to moderate graphic design ability.

• Creative and enthusiastic mindset with fresh ideas.

• Ability to learn and use AI tools for speed and quality.

• Good data recording and organizational discipline.

• Social media awareness and storytelling interest.

• Energetic, solution-oriented, and committed to learning.

Preferred Background:

• Graduate or pursuing graduation in media, marketing, mass communication, psychology, or any creative stream.

• Previous experience or portfolio in video editing is strongly valued.
