This role will lead all online marketing efforts, including social media, digital campaigns, content direction, and performance tracking, with a strong focus on brand growth and lead generation.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the overall digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
• Manage all company digital channels including social media platforms, website, and online campaigns
• Plan content calendars and guide the creation of creatives, posts, and videos
• Oversee paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize for better results
• Lead and guide the digital marketing team or external agencies
• Coordinate with sales, design, and leadership teams to support business initiatives
• Manage digital marketing budgets and timelines
• Track industry trends and recommend new ideas and improvements
• Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 1–2 years in a leadership role
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, paid ads, and content strategy
• Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics and ad dashboards
• Ability to plan strategy as well as manage execution
• Strong communication, planning, and decision-making skills
• Preferred Skills (Good to Have)Experience managing teams or agencies
• Knowledge of SEO and performance marketing
• Experience in B2B or B2C digital marketing (as applicable)
• Familiarity with marketing automation or CRM tools
