Job Summary:

We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads platforms. The candidate should have strong analytical skills and a result-oriented mindset to generate quality leads and maximize ROI.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Perform keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Optimize ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Track KPIs such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Manage retargeting and remarketing campaigns.
• Set up and manage Facebook Pixel and Google Tag Manager.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the content and design team for ad creatives.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.
• Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience with:

• Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Google Analytics & Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Knowledge of conversion tracking and funnel strategy.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
