Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive positioning.

Manage the departmental budget for marketing activities, ensuring maximum ROI.

Set clear sales quotas, track team performance (or individual performance if managing the entire function), and report on key sales metrics.

Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key accounts and partners.

Required Skills and Qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
