🎯 About the Role

We are Lucknow's most trusted sports & fitness store (Since 1995 | 4.6★ Google Rating). We're hiring a self-driven Digital Sales & Store Manager — someone who doesn't wait for customers to walk in, but goes out and builds the pipeline online.

✅ Primary Role — Online & Digital Sales (70%)Grow sales on Amazon, Flipkart, IndiaMart & WhatsApp Business

• Manage Instagram, Google Business & online marketplaces for daily lead conversion
• Handle product listings, pricing, promotions & online customer service end-to-end
• Build a year-round online sales system that keeps revenue flowing even in off-season
• Use AI tools & digital methods smartly to outperform competition online
• Self-motivated — must be able to plan, execute & deliver results independently without hand-holding
• 🏬 Secondary Role — Store & Operations (30%)Build, train & lead the store team — not just manage, but develop them
• Ensure proper store merchandising & product display at all times
• Take ownership of stock checks at store + storage facility (visits required on two-wheeler)
• Oversee billing, stock records & daily operational targets
• Handle customer complaints & after-sales with full responsibility

• ✔ Own two-wheeler — mandatory for storage & field visits
• ✔ Proven hands-on experience in online marketplace / D2C / WhatsApp selling

• ✔ Strong Hindi + English communication (spoken & written)
• ✔ High sense of customer responsibility & store presentation standards
• ✔ Basic knowledge of sports/fitness products or fast learner
