💛 Job Summary:

As an Elder Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and reliable support to senior citizens in their homes or care facilities. Your role is to ensure the elderly individual’s comfort, safety, dignity, and emotional well-being while assisting with daily living activities.

This role requires patience, empathy, and a strong sense of responsibility toward senior care.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Daily Personal Care

• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Support toileting and continence care
• Assist with feeding and meal support when required
• Help with mobility and daily routine activities

💊 Health & Medication Supports

• Provide timely medication reminders as prescribed
• Monitor basic health conditions and observe changes
• Inform family members or supervisors about health concerns

🚶 Mobility & Safety Support

• Assist safe movement (bed to chair, walking support, transfers)
• Prevent falls and maintain a safe living environment
• Support use of walkers, wheelchairs, or assistive devices

🤝 Emotional & Companionship Care

• Provide companionship and emotional reassurance
• Engage seniors in conversations and light activities
• Encourage social interaction and positive mental well-being

🏠 Household Assistances

• Prepare simple meals as required
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Maintain cleanliness of the senior’s living space
• Support small errands when needed

📝 Record Keeping & Communication

• Maintain daily care observations and routine updates
• Communicate regularly with families and care supervisors
• Report emergencies or behavioral/health changes immediately

📌 Required Qualification

• Minimum 12th Pass (Healthcare background preferred)
• Prior experience in elder care / patient care / home caregiving
• Caregiver or First-Aid training is an advantage
• Basic understanding of hygiene and elderly needs

💰 Compensation & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: ₹16,000 – ₹30,000+ (based on experience & duty type)
