Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design and Development: Designing new electrical systems, circuits, and products, such as motors, navigation systems, or power generators.
• Testing and Validation: Developing test methods, creating prototypes, and testing components to ensure they meet specifications.
• Project Management: Coordinating project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements, from conception to final installation.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnosing and repairing issues in electrical systems and equipment.
• Compliance and Safety: Ensuring all designs and installations comply with federal, state, and company safety regulations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software, circuit simulation tools, and programming languages.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong mathematical and problem-solving skills to analyze data and design complex systems.
