Role: EV Service Trainer

1. Responsible for managing a group of field service staff & OJT technicians training. 

2. Executing Service orientation training for new joinees.  

3. Ensure training delivery as per latest circulars & process. 

4. New product training to field staff as per launch timelines. 

5. Conduct Online training sessions on new technology advancement. 

6. Service automation process training for service staff in the field.

Requirements

Candidate qualifications and skill sets required:

• Presentation skills, Communications skills, Training, Technical skills on vehicle, EV knowledge
• Google slides, Microsoft office
• Diploma or BE in Automobile / Mechanical / E&E
• 3 to 5 years of experience
