Job Description
- Sales & Revenue Generation
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve event revenue targets
- Identify, approach and onboard sponsors, advertisers, exhibitors, and partners
- Pitch event concepts, sponsorship packages, and customized brand solutions
- Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, and closing of deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, brands, agencies, and institutions
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsors before, during, and after events
- Ensure sponsor deliverables, branding commitments, and visibility are fulfilled
- Create and manage a pipeline of leads through networking, cold outreach, and referrals
- Attend networking events, conferences, and meetings to generate business
