We are looking for a proactive and creative Event Planner & Coordinator to plan, manage, and execute CSR and NGO-related events and initiatives. The role involves close coordination with clients, partners, NGOs, and internal teams to deliver meaningful, well-organized, and impactful social responsibility programs.

The ideal candidate should be highly organized, self-driven, creative in planning events, and comfortable handling multiple stakeholders.

• Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, organize, and execute CSR activities, NGO events, community programs, workshops, and awareness campaigns
• Coordinate with clients, NGOs, vendors, volunteers, and internal teams
• Develop creative concepts and themes aligned with CSR objectives
• Manage end-to-end event logistics including timelines, budgets, venues, materials, and resources
• Prepare event proposals, schedules, presentations, and reports
• Ensure smooth on-ground execution of events and activities
• Monitor event outcomes and prepare post-event documentation and impact reports
• Maintain strong relationships with NGO partners and CSR stakeholders
• Handle last-minute changes and problem-solving during events
• Support branding, communication, and documentation related to CSR initiatives
