Event Production Supervisor

Event Production Executive / Event Production Company Overview We are a fast-growing Event Management & Production Company specializing in corporate events, brand activations, exhibitions, live shows, social events, and large-scale productions. We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and responsible Event Production Professional to join our team.

Role Overview The Event Production Executive/Event Production will be responsible for managing the complete production cycle of events — from pre-production planning to on-site execution. The role demands strong technical knowledge, vendor management skills, production quality control, and the ability to deliver flawless events within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre-Production Understand client requirements and develop production plans
• Finalize event layouts, stage designs, fabrication details, and technical needs
• Prepare production budgeting and cost estimates
• Select, negotiate, and coordinate with vendors (sound, lights, LED screens, fabrication, printing, manpower, etc.)
• Create production timelines and manage internal teams
• On-Site Production Supervise setup, installation, and technical rehearsals
• Ensure smooth on-ground event operations
• Maintain quality standards and safety protocols
• Troubleshoot issues and provide immediate solutions
• Coordinate with clients and report updates
• Post-Production Material reconciliation and vendor settlement
• Prepare event reports, documentation, and closure details
• Suggest improvements for future productions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in event production (Freshers with internship experience may also apply)
• Strong understanding of fabrication, audio-visual setups, stage/truss, lighting, branding, and printing
• Excellent coordination, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours (including late-night setups)
• Qualifications Graduate in any discipline
• Diploma/Certification in Event Management or Production is a plus
