Export Manager

An Export Marketing Manager develops and implements strategies to promote and sell products in international markets, which includes conducting market research, managing relationships with foreign distributors and clients, and ensuring compliance with international trade regulations. They are responsible for growing export sales by identifying new business opportunities, creating marketing campaigns, and collaborating with internal teams like production and logistics to ensure smooth operations and customer service. 

• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and expand the export market for company's products or services
• Identify new business opportunities and potential new markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and distributors in international markets
• Research and analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify potential business opportunities
• Manage and motivate the export sales team, set sales targets, and provide necessary training and guidance to achieve objectives
• Monitor and assess sales performance, market trends, and customer satisfaction and provide regular reports to management
• Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing, shipment, and timely delivery
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify potential new product lines or business opportunities
