Job Description

We are looking for a Factory Helper to assist in day-to-day furniture manufacturing work. The candidate will support carpenters, machine operators, and supervisors to ensure smooth factory operations.

• Key Responsibilities Assist carpenters and technicians in furniture production
• Help in loading, unloading, and shifting of raw materials and finished furniture
• Operate basic tools and machines under supervision
• Support in cutting, sanding, polishing, and assembling furniture
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the factory floor
• Follow safety rules and instructions given by supervisors
• Assist during packing and dispatch of finished products
• Requirements Physically fit and willing to do manual work
• Ability to follow instructions and work in a team
• Basic knowledge of tools/machines is an advantage (not mandatory)
• Freshers can apply
• Honest, hardworking, and punctual
• Working Hours As per factory schedule
• Overtime may be required during urgent orders
