Promote solar rooftop awareness in the assigned block.

Build strong local connections with teachers, community leaders, and residents.

2. Team Building

Identify and onboard local advisors or volunteers.

Guide and support team members to achieve mission targets.

3. Lead Generation

Generate residential and institutional solar rooftop leads.

Create awareness about government solar schemes.

4. Community Engagement

Connect with schools, villages, and community groups.

Conduct awareness sessions about solar energy and its benefits.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Submit weekly performance reports.

Coordinate with Cluster and District teams.

EligibilityGraduate or socially active individual preferred.

Strong local network in the block.

Good communication and leadership abilities.
