Job Description

  1. Job Responsibilities:Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers for solar awareness and promotion
  • Generate leads through field marketing, references, and local networking
  • Explain solar rooftop benefits, subsidy, net metering, and pricing to customers
  1. Customer Visits & Coordination

  • Conduct customer site visits for requirement understanding
  • Coordinate with sales/technical team for proposal and quotation
  • Follow up with customers for approvals, documents, and payments
  1. Site Survey & Documentation

  • Perform basic site survey (shadow-free area, roof type, meter location)
  • Collect photos, measurements, and customer KYC documents
  • Support technical team during installation and commissioning
  1. DISCOM & Government Work

  • Coordinate with DISCOM offices for net metering, meter testing, and approvals
  • Submit and follow up on online/offline applications
  • Liaison with electricity department officials as required
  1. Bank & Subsidy Work

  • Assist customers in bank loan documentation (if applicable)
  • Coordinate with banks/NBFCs for solar loan processing
  • Support subsidy-related documentation and follow-ups
  1. Reporting & Daily Updates

  • Maintain daily visit reports and lead status
  • Update CRM or reporting sheets regularly
  • Share customer feedback and market insights with management
