Job Description
- Field Recruitment:Conduct field sourcing activities (job fairs, local market visits, reference hiring, etc.)
- Organize and manage walk-in interviews
- Generate leads through local networks and references
- Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
- Maintain daily field activity reports
- Achieve monthly hiring targets
- Campus Recruitment:Coordinate with colleges, institutes, and training centers
- Plan and execute campus drives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with placement officers
- Conduct pre-placement talks and presentations
- Shortlist and schedule candidates for further interview rounds
- Manage bulk hiring requirements
- General Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment process management
- Documentation and onboarding support
- Database management and candidate follow-ups
- Travel frequently within assigned locations
- Required Skills:Strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Good negotiation and convincing ability
- Target-driven mindset
- Ability to travel frequently
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel & MS Office
