Key Responsibilities:

Merchant Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and onboard new merchants (retail stores, small businesses, etc.) onto the Paytm platform.

Product Promotion: Effectively demonstrate and sell Paytm's range of products and services, including QR codes, POS machines, and other financial solutions.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to ensure continuous engagement, repeat business, and product adoption.

Market Analysis: Monitor local market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to help refine sales strategies.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed assigned monthly sales and onboarding targets to maximize earning potential through incentives.

Documentation: Ensure all merchant onboarding documentation and KYC procedures are completed accurately and on time.
