Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting potential clients in person, and promoting the company’s products or services to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads for personal loans, business loans, or other financial services.

• Explain loan services , eligibility, and documentation requirements to clients.

• Assist customers in completing loan applications and collecting required documents.

• Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

• Coordinate with the internal team for loan processing and approvals.

• Provide regular sales reports to the manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work in the field and travel locally.

• Experience in loan, finance, or sales will be preferred.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
