🏟️ Hiring: Field Sales Executive

📍 Lucknow (Travel to Kanpur & Varanasi required)

💰 ₹12,000–15,000/month + ₹5,000 incentive per closed deal

About yourfield:

We build sports infrastructure — cricket pitches, basketball courts, running tracks, and complete sports grounds — for schools, academies, and institutions across UP.

What you'll do:

• Visit schools, colleges, and sports academies to pitch our services

• Call and WhatsApp potential clients to set up meetings

• Follow up on leads and convert them to confirmed projects

• Maintain a daily report of visits and leads

• Travel to Kanpur and Varanasi (2–3 times a month, travel reimbursed)

What we need:

• Minimum 1 year of field sales / B2B sales experience

• Must own a two-wheeler

• Confident, well-spoken in Hindi (English is a plus)

• Based in Lucknow

• Age 21–30 preferred

What you get:

• Fixed: ₹12,000–15,000/month

• Incentive: ₹5,000 per deal closed (no cap)
