About the Role :

We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for meeting potential customers, explaining our health insurance policies, and closing the sale by collecting payments.

Key Responsibilities :

* Visit prospective clients.

* Explain insurance policies and benefits in detail.

* Address customer queries and concerns effectively.

* Ensure smooth policy issuance and payment collection.

* Maintain client relationships for future cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements :

* Good communication and interpersonal skills.

* Should have his/her own vehicle with proper driving license & RC (Registration Certificate)

* Strong sales and negotiation abilities.

* Experience in field sales/client-facing roles preferred.

* Ability to handle objections and close deals independently.

* Presentable and confident in customer interactions.
