Job Description

Role Summary

As an Airtel Xtreme Fiber Executive (Sales), you will be the primary field representative responsible for generating leads, selling Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connections, and driving customer acquisition in your assigned area. You’ll interact directly with potential customers, explain product features, and help them choose the best plans based on their needs.

📌 Key Responsibilities


  • 🧭 Sales & Lead GenerationGenerate new leads through field activities (door-to-door visits, local campaigns, retail partner outlets).
  • Create a pipeline of sales prospects and follow up to convert them into active customers.
  • Pitch Airtel Xstream Fiber plans clearly – features, benefits, pricing, and competitive advantages.
  • Drive sales closure by completing documentation, collecting KYC, and coordinating next steps for installation.
  • 📈 Targets & Performance
  • Achieve monthly sales targets as per team/management goals.
  • Participate in promotions, retail campaigns, and brand visibility initiatives. 
  • 🎯 Qualifications & Skills
  • Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred)
  • Experience: 0–2+ years in field sales (telecom or B2C sales preferred)
  • Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of broadband products and telecom services.
  • Good customer engagement and negotiation abilities.
  • Comfortable with door-to-door sales and field reporting
  • 🏍️ Other Requirements
  • Own a two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory for most field roles).
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily field tasks.
