Field Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on identifying, securing, and growing pest control and prevention business opportunities, while maintaining excellent client relationships and supporting our service delivery team. Key Responsibilities:  Identify, source, and secure both long-term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities.  Develop new business from existing and prospective clients in line with the company’s sales strategy.  Ensure high client retention by consistently meeting and exceeding customer expectations.  Handle daily sales operations including proposals, service agreements, prospecting, and market development.  Collaborate with the service team by providing timely and relevant customer feedback.  Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.  Prepare and submit reports as required by the management.  Assist the finance team in debt collection when necessary. Candidate Requirements:  Graduate or MBA Fresher with strong sales knowledge and communication skills.  Excellent interpersonal and networking abilities.  Strong verbal and written communication skills.  Confident negotiator with the ability to close deals effectively.
