About the Role We are looking for a Field Sales & Collection Executive (FSE) for our Home Appliances Distribution business. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retailers/dealers, generating sales orders, ensuring product availability, and collecting payments on time.

Key Responsibilities Visit retailers/dealers daily as per assigned route/beat plan
Generate sales orders and achieve monthly sales targets
Promote company products (TV, Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Air conditioners, LED TV, Kitchen Appliances, etc.)
Ensure proper product display and stock availability at retail counters
Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers/retailers
Collect outstanding payments and ensure timely collections
Coordinate with the office/warehouse for dispatch and delivery updates
Handle customer/dealer queries and resolve issues in coordination with the team
Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales & collection updates
Requirements / Skills Minimum qualification: Graduate (preferred)
Experience: 0–3 years in field sales/collection (FMCG/Electronics preferred)
Good communication and negotiation skills
Must be comfortable with field work and traveling locally
Basic knowledge of billing/collections and retail market
Two-wheeler mandatory with valid driving license
Smartphone mandatory (for reporting and coordination)
