Business Development Manager - Field Sales (Solar)

Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh

At Solanova, we are on a mission to make clean and affordable solar energy accessible to everyone. We're looking for a Field Sales BDM who can drive solar rooftop sales, build local partnerships, and help us grow in Lucknow.

What you will do:

* Generate and convert leads for solar rooftop projects

* Meet customers, do site visits, and close deals

* Build strong local market presence and partner network

* Achieve sales targets and grow with us

What we are looking for:

* 2-5 years in field/B2C/B2B sales (solar/energy/ electrical preferred)

* Great communication skills in Hindi & English

* Self driven, target focused, comfortable with fieldwork

* Local market knowledge is a big plus

* Two wheeler & smartphone required
