Job Description:

We are looking for a Field Sales Executive with experience in lead generation and corporate sales. The role involves meeting corporate clients, generating new business leads, and closing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through field visits, corporate meetings, and networking
• Identify and approach potential corporate clients
• Present and explain company services to clients
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Follow up on leads and convert them into business
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

• 1 – 4 years experience in Field Sales / Corporate Sales / B2B Sales
• Proven experience in lead generation and client acquisition
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel locally for field sales
• Experience in staffing, manpower, or service industry preferred
