Role OverviewWe are hiring a Field Sales Manager (Individual Role) who will be responsible for end-to-end sales execution on ground.

This is a high-ownership role where you will directly contribute to revenue and also get the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the company scales.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 End-to-End SalesVisit homes, societies, and local areas to generate painting leads

  • Explain painting packages, pricing, and offerings to customers
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings


🔹 Site UnderstandingTake basic wall measurements and understand customer requirements

  • Suggest suitable painting solutions
  • Ensure proper handover to operations team


🔹 Execution CoordinationCoordinate with contractors and internal team for smooth project start

  • Stay in touch with customer till booking confirmation


🔹 Daily TrackingMaintain daily visit, lead, and conversion reports


  • Improve pitch based on ground learnings
  • RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
  • Comfortable with field work and daily travel
  • Basic sales/customer handling understanding
  • Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
  • Must have a smartphone
