Role OverviewWe are hiring a Field Sales Manager (Individual Role) who will be responsible for end-to-end sales execution on ground.
This is a high-ownership role where you will directly contribute to revenue and also get the opportunity to grow into a leadership position as the company scales.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 End-to-End SalesVisit homes, societies, and local areas to generate painting leads
- Explain painting packages, pricing, and offerings to customers
- Convert leads into confirmed bookings
🔹 Site UnderstandingTake basic wall measurements and understand customer requirements
- Suggest suitable painting solutions
- Ensure proper handover to operations team
🔹 Execution CoordinationCoordinate with contractors and internal team for smooth project start
- Stay in touch with customer till booking confirmation
🔹 Daily TrackingMaintain daily visit, lead, and conversion reports
- Improve pitch based on ground learnings
- RequirementsGood communication and convincing skills
- Comfortable with field work and daily travel
- Basic sales/customer handling understanding
- Quick learner with problem-solving mindset
- Must have a smartphone
