- Lead generation & customer handling
- Explaining loan products (Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan etc.)
- Document collection & verification
- Follow-up with customers & banks
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain daily sales reporting
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate
- Fresher & experienced both can apply
- Good communication skills (Hindi required, English basic)
- Sales or finance experience preferred (not mandatory)
💰 Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 to ₹ 15,000 per month
