Head – Finance & Retail Operations (Multi-Kiosk / Outlet Management)


Location: Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh (Multiple Cities / Travel Required)


Experience Required: Minimum 10+ years (Finance + Retail Operations)



Role Overview


We are looking for a highly driven and entrepreneurial professional with a strong finance background and hands-on retail operations experience to lead and scale Anagha’s multi-outlet kiosk business across Uttar Pradesh.


This role will be responsible for end-to-end financial control, retail operations management, expansion strategy, and profitability optimisation.

Key Responsibilities


1. Financial Leadership & Profitability

• Own complete P&L for all kiosks/outlets

• Drive Gross Profit (GP) improvement through:

• Better procurement strategies

• Cost optimization

• Vendor negotiations

• Monitor:

• Daily sales, margins, wastage

• Inventory turnover

• Implement strong MIS, reporting, and financial discipline

• Ensure strict control on:

• Cash handling

• Leakage/pilferage

• Store-level profitability



2. Retail Operations Management

• Manage end-to-end operations of all kiosks/outlets

• Standardize:

• SOPs

• Staff training

• Customer experience

• Ensure:

• High hygiene & quality standards

• Smooth daily operations

• Build a scalable retail operations model



3. Expansion & New Outlet Development

• Identify new high-potential locations

• Conduct:

• Market research

• Footfall analysis

• ROI evaluation

• Lead:

• Outlet setup

• Vendor coordination

• Launch execution

• Ensure fast and efficient rollout of new kiosks



4. Procurement & Buying Efficiency

• Optimize sourcing and procurement strategy

• Build relationships with:

• Farmers

• Suppliers

• Local vendors

• Improve:

• Cost efficiency

• Quality consistency

• Introduce centralized buying systems to increase margins



5. Product Development & Sourcing

• Identify and introduce:

• New SKUs (snacks, beverages, health products)

• High-margin products

• Work on:

• Product mix optimization

• Category expansion

• Source unique and differentiated products aligned with Anagha brand



6. Seasonal & Festive Sales Strategy

• Plan and launch:

• Seasonal menus (summer coolers, winter drinks, etc.)

• Festive product lines (Diwali, Holi, etc.)

• Create sales push strategies:

• Bundles

• Promotions

• Limited-time offerings

• Maximize peak season revenue



7. Team Leadership & Training

• Hire, train, and manage:

• Store staff

• Supervisors

• Develop:

• Training modules

• Performance metrics

• Ensure team delivers:

• Excellent customer experience

• Consistent product quality



Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong financial acumen (must-have)

• Deep understanding of retail operations (F&B preferred)

• Experience in multi-location management

• Expertise in:

• Cost control

• Vendor management

• Inventory systems

• Strong analytical and decision-making skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset with execution focus

• Ability to scale operations from ground level



Preferred Background

• CA / MBA Finance / Commerce Graduate

• Experience in:

• Retail chains

• QSR / F&B brands

• Kiosk-based business models

• Exposure to expansion and new store rollouts



Success Metrics (KPIs)
