Kotak Life Insurance is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to drive our financial advisory division. In this dual-impact role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and mentoring a high-performing team of advisors while managing your own portfolio of financial products.
- Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Build and lead a team to achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Mentorship: Provide field support and technical training on Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, and ULIPs.
- Business Development: Identify market opportunities and ensure the smooth execution of daily operations.
- Compliance: Ensure all team activities adhere to IRDAI guidelines and company protocols.
- Requirements:Experience: Proven track record in insurance/banking sales with leadership experience.
- Skills: Expertise in Life Insurance Sales and Retirement Planning.
- Education: Graduate degree preferred; strong communication skills in English and regional languages.
