• Key Responsibilities:Promote and sell life insurance products offered by ABSLI.
• Understand clients’ financial goals and suggest suitable insurance plans.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups and exceptional service.
• Conduct financial needs analysis and risk profiling for clients.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Participate in training and development sessions for continuous learning and upskilling.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical practices, and regulatory guidelines.
• Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10+2 (Graduation preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong selling, negotiation, and convincing skills.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve success.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Previous experience in sales, finance, insurance, or related fields is a plus.
