Financial Services Associate

*Client Needs Assessment:*

Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' financial situations, including income, assets, expenses, and liabilities, to understand their goals and risk tolerance.

Develop and implement personalized financial plans that incorporate insurance, investments, and savings to meet clients' short-term and long-term goals.

*Product Recommendation*:

Advise clients on appropriate insurance policies, investment products, and other financial services that align with their objectives and risk profile.

*Client Relationship Management*:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by addressing their inquiries, handling objections, and providing ongoing support.

*Sales & Business Development*:

Proactively identify and pursue potential clients to grow and expand the client base, often by meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Compliance & Reporting:

Adhere to industry regulations, company policies, and compliance standards, such as anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) requirements.

Qualifications
