Position:Floor Executive

Location: Lucknow

Job Type: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Age Criteria: 30 – 35 years

Job Responsibilities:

• Interact with patients visiting the OPD and ensure a smooth experience.
• Guide patients to the waiting area and submit their token slips at reception.
• Coordinate with MRD (Medical Records Department) to retrieve files for follow-up patients.
• Inform patients about tentative waiting times and ensure proper queue management.
• Segregate patients into:
• Fresh patients
• Pre-booked patients
• Follow-up patients
• and guide them accordingly.
• Give priority assistance to pre-booked patients to minimize waiting time.
• Handle general patient queries related to:
• Health cards
• Insurance
• Panchakarma
• Treatments
• and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Coordinate urgently with doctors in case of critical patients.
• Manage and assist VIP patient movements efficiently.
• Attend to patient needs, such as:
• Arranging food
• Assisting with cab bookings
• Guiding patients to the pharmacy after OPD/IPD discharge

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior experience in customer interaction / patient handling roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant personality with a professional approach
• Calm, composed, and mature mindset
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask.
