Job Description

  • Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to achieve franchise sales targets and regional growth goals.
  • Generate qualified franchise leads through networking, digital marketing, events, and referrals.
  • Conduct initial screening, financial evaluation, and qualification of prospective franchisees.
  • Present the company’s franchise model, investment structure, and ROI to potential investors.
  • Coordinate and conduct franchise business meetings, site visits, and presentations.
  • Negotiate terms, agreements, and commercial arrangements in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of franchise leads, pipeline, and conversions in CRM tools.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and legal departments to streamline the onboarding process.
  • Support new franchise partners during the pre-opening phase to ensure brand alignment and operational readiness.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Prepare periodic reports on franchise sales performance and business development activities.
