Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and skilled Female trainer who can teach Spoken English, Communication Skills, and Personality Development skills. The trainer will be responsible for improving students’ fluency, confidence, public speaking, and overall communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities

.Lead Sessions: Conduct conversation sessions to build participants' confidence in speaking English

.Group Discussions: Prepare topics and vocabulary in advance for effective discussions.

.Presentation Skills: Guide participants through easy presentations with constructive feedback.

.Engage and Motivate: Create a supportive environment, encouraging all participants, especially weaker students.

.Lesson Planning: Develop and execute detailed lesson plans for each session.

.Interactive Learning: Use various methods to make sessions engaging and interactive.

Required Skills

.Experience in spoken English classes and communication skills.

.Skills: Excellent communication, engagement, and lesson planning skills.

.Experience preferred, freshers with strong English skills can apply.

Job Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Full-time Working Hours

Morning Shift: 7:00 am - 4:00 pm,Evening Shift: 12:30 pm - 8:30 pm

Part-time Working Hours

Morning Shift: 7:00 am - 2:00 pm,Evening Shift: 4:00 pm - 8:30 pm
