Position: GeM Bidder & Network Marketer

We are looking for a dynamic individual who can manage online bidding and also contribute to the promotion of our software products. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and presentation skills along with the ability to build business opportunities through bidding platforms and marketing channels.

• Key Responsibilities: Prepare and submit proposals/bids on GeM, Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms.
• Understand client requirements and draft winning proposals.
• Communicate effectively with clients and government buyers.
• Promote and market our ongoing software solutions through online and offline channels.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare project documents, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Build networks and identify new business opportunities.
• Required Skills : Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Prior experience in GeM bidding and freelance portals (Upwork, Freelancer, etc.).
• Understanding of tendering process & documentation.
• Strong marketing skills with a knack for software promotion.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks (bidding + marketing).
• Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline (BBA/MBA/IT background preferred).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding/marketing.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Proposal Writing, and Documentation.
