General Manager

A General Manager in real estate oversees all business operations, including sales, leasing, marketing, team leading ,team handling and property management to drive revenue and ensure profitability. Key responsibilities include leading teams, managing budgets, conducting market analysis, and maintaining client relationships. They ensure operational compliance and optimize property performance. 

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement business strategies to grow market share, improve occupancy rates, and maximize investment value.
• Sales & Marketing: Drive revenue through lead generation, managing brokerage activities, and closing commercial or residential deals.
• Property Operations: Oversee maintenance, renovations, vendor contracts, and facility security to ensure high-quality, operational premises.
• Financial Management: Prepare annual budgets, manage expenditures, monitor financial performance (ROI), and prepare detailed reports for owners/investors.
• Team Management: Hire, train, and mentor staff, including property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance teams.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Build strong, ongoing relationships with tenants, developers, and investors, resolving conflicts and handling complaints.
