Hello everyone, our company Agrasarna Infratech Pvt. Ltd. and 99Ghar Pvt. Ltd. are hiring an experienced General Manager – Real Estate who can lead the sales team, generate revenue, and close residential & plotted projects efficiently.


Job Title: General Manager – Real Estate

Company: Agrasarna Infratech Pvt. Ltd. and 99Ghar Pvt. Ltd.

Location: Naktur,Sarojini Nagar,Lucknow (On-site)

Experience Required: 2–5 Years (Real Estate Sales preferred)

Salary: Best in Industry + High Incentives (No Upper Cap)


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end sales operations for residential / plotted projects
  • Lead, train & motivate site sales executives and channel partners
  • Generate walk-ins, site visits & closures
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with marketing team for lead conversion
  • Maintain customer relationship till booking & closing.
  • Prepare daily sales reports & MIS
  • Handle negotiations and deal closures independently


Candidate Requirements :

  • Minimum 2+ years experience in Real Estate Sales
  • Strong knowledge of site sales, booking & registry process
  • Team handling experience mandatory
  • Good communication & convincing skills
  • Target-oriented & result-driven mindset
  • Local market knowledge of Lucknow preferred
