Deepmenia Business Academy is not just a training institute, it’s a system that creates top 1% real estate professionals. Now, we are building a powerful visual identity to match that level, and for that, we need a Graphic Designer who understands impact, clarity, and conversion.

This role is not about just “design banana.”

This is about creating visuals that sell, influence, and position a monopoly brand.

🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:

• High-converting social media creatives (Instagram, YouTube, Ads)
• Real estate and business-focused visual storytelling
• Branding creatives that reflect authority and premium positioning
• Thumbnails, banners, reels covers, and ad creatives
• Working closely with marketing and sales team for campaign execution

🔹 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong understanding of design + marketing psychology
• Experience in tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva (Advanced level preferred)
• Ability to create clean, premium and attention-grabbing visuals
• Speed + consistency (deadlines matter here)
• Someone who understands business, not just design

🔹 Bonus Points If:

• You have worked in real estate or ed-tech
• You understand reels/thumbnails that increase CTR
• You think like a marketer, not just a designer
