About the Role We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate can conceptualize compelling visual content, design high-quality graphics, and produce engaging videos while maintaining consistent brand identity. This role is perfect for someone who is a strong visual storyteller and stays updated on modern design and video trends.

• Key Responsibilities Graphic Design Create eye-catching graphics for social media, websites, ads, presentations, and print media.
• Develop brand-aligned layouts, illustrations, and marketing assets.
• Design brochures, banners, infographics, thumbnails, posters, and digital creatives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize creative campaign ideas.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
• Video Editing Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos for social media, ads, events, and internal communication.
• Edit raw footage into engaging stories using transitions, effects, graphics, and audio enhancements.
• Add motion graphics, text animations, intros/outros, and visual effects.
• Organize and maintain video project files, assets, and deliverables.
• Work with the content team to develop scripts, concepts, and storyboards.
• Collaboration & Creative Strategy Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas.
• Understand project requirements and deliver accurately and on time.
• Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and modern editing techniques.
• Key Requirements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design and video editing work.
• Technical Skills Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite:

• Premiere Pro

• Knowledge of Figma or Canva is a plus.
• Basic understanding of photography/videography preferred.
• Familiarity with social media formats and modern content styles.
