🌟 Guest House / Airbnb Manager - Sushant Golf City, Lucknow

Location: Near Skyline Plaza 3, Sushant Golf City, Lucknow.

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to manage the end-to-end operations of our Airbnb/Guest House property.

Key Responsibilities

 * Guest Management: Handle all communication, bookings, check-ins, and check-outs, ensuring a 5-star guest experience.

 * Property Oversight: Coordinate and supervise cleaning, maintenance, and repairs to ensure the property is always in immaculate condition.

 * Listing Optimization: Manage the online listing (photos, description, pricing) on platforms like Airbnb to maximize occupancy and revenue.

 * Inventory & Supplies: Manage and restock all guest house supplies (linens, toiletries, amenities).

 * Issue Resolution: Be the first point of contact for guests and handle any emergencies or complaints promptly and professionally.

Requirements

 * Proven experience in hospitality, guest house management, or property management is a plus.

 * Exceptional communication and customer service skills.

 * High level of detail orientation and ability to multitask.

 * Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or on-call for emergencies.

 * Local knowledge of Sushant Golf City and Lucknow is preferred.
