Job Description
- Generate and convert leads for home loans and health insurance
- Explain products, eligibility, premiums, and benefits to customers
- Collect and verify required documents for loan/insurance processing
- Coordinate with banks, insurers, and internal teams for approvals
- Follow up with clients till disbursement / policy issuance
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships
- Ensure proper after-sales support and renewal follow-ups
