We are seeking a responsible and proactive Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the entire property. The ideal candidate will reside on-site in provided accommodation and ensure smooth functioning across all departments to deliver a high standard of guest experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest relations
• Monitor bookings, check-ins/outs, and guest services
• Maintain accurate data records and perform basic data entry tasks
• Use basic Excel functions to manage reports and occupancy data
• Draft and respond to professional emails for guest and vendor communication
• Supervise and coordinate with staff to ensure service quality and efficiency
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel management preferred
• Basic knowledge of data entry, Excel, and email communication
• Strong leadership and organizational skillsAbility to live on-site and work flexible hours as needed
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
