About the Role:

As a Hotel Manager, you’ll oversee all hotel operations — from front desk to housekeeping, F&B to maintenance — ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning and exceptional guest satisfaction


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily hotel operations seamlessly
  • Ensure top-tier guest service & satisfaction
  • Handle budgeting, forecasting & cost control
  • Hire, train & lead a winning team
  • Maintain health, safety & compliance standards
  • Swiftly resolve guest concerns with professionalism 💬
  • Collaborate with marketing/sales teams to drive occupancy & revenue


What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior experience as a Hotel Manager/Guest Relationship Executiv (Min 6 months experince)
  • Strong knowledge of hotel management software & systems
  • Excellent communication, leadership & organizational skills
  • Financial acumen & problem-solving mindset
  • Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management (preferred)
